Robbers tied up Zillah grocery store employees before theft, police say
Police are investigating a robbery at a grocery store where two armed subjects are believed to have tied up three employees before stealing multiple items, Zillah police said.
The Zillah Police Department said officers were dispatched to Harvest Foods just before midnight on July 4 for a report of an armed robbery in progress. Police said they arrived to see two employees inside with their hands bound by zip ties.
Police said officers had to break a window to get the employees, as all the doors were locked.
