Adding to the chaos, fake IT workers, like North Korean operatives, have infiltrated companies, stealing data and funds. Many have prognosticated what will become of the VMS in this new era of machine learning, deep learning, and neural networks. In a world where AI chipset makers are seen as the driving force behind security technology advancement, it is easy to assume that the VMS might be heading toward obsolescence.
